All ticket sales are final. We will not be providing refunds or transfers of event tickets.

Can I purchase a day and/or evening pass?
Day and evening passes will not be sold as it is a free admission event.
I am not a U.S. citizen and I need a visa letter to travel to the U.S. to attend the event. Are visa letters provided?

Please note that IRS regulations prohibit Ministerio Internacional El Rey Jesus, Inc./King Jesus International Ministry from providing travel expenses, food, housing, or lodging without charge, or any other type of financial support, to event attendees or service guests.
In-Person Experience
Will the Kid’s Church be available?
Unfortunately, our Supernatural Kid’s Church will not be open during this event.
Will reserved group seating be available?
Group seating will not be available. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
Will I be able to stay in my seat throughout the conference or leave my belongings to save my seat?
Unfortunately, we will not be allowing guests to save their seats through this event. Please note, if any item is left behind, King Jesus Ministry will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We will have a lost and found section in the lobby.
Will there be reserved seating for the hearing impaired, visually impaired or handicap accessibility?

What is your bag policy?
All bags will be subjected to a bag check upon entering the building.
Will there be translation?
Translation languages will be English and Spanish.

The safety of our guests, employees and volunteers remains our top priority. Please read the following guidelines as we work to provide a clean and safe experience for everyone.
- Face masks are recommended.
- Social distancing will be offered based on request.
- Always follow the directions from our church staff.
- Enter only through the designated doors and do not open any doors.
- Please do not rearrange any chairs or seating formations.
- At the end of the service, please promptly exit the building through the designated doors.
- Wash hands thoroughly and use hand sanitizing stations throughout the building.
- Please note that our team conducts thorough disinfection protocols before and after each service and during the event.
If you experience any symptoms related to COVID-19 or Monkeypox, we kindly ask that you stay home, please avoid people who are sick with COVID-19 or Monkeypox, and avoid physical contact with others.
